きのーからいっぱくのしゅっちょーでした。お客様への納入品の大荷物をかかえてえっちらおっちらやってきました。きょーはいちんち工場でたったままの作業でめっちゃおつかれっす。やっぱしきょーもまったく時間ないっす。。。

「人の金銭的成功はハードワークや知識ではなく、人を導く能力にかかっています。」

ま、こりゃあたまえとゆーか、いろんなほんでたくさんとりあげられているとーりっす。これまで私のぶろぐでも何回もとりあげましたが、人を導く天才は、ふぉーどでしょう。自分でやらなくても、自分が知らなくても、ほかの人がやってくれて、ほかのひとが答えを導きだしてくれればいいわけです。すべては結果次第とゆーわけっす。かんにんぐしようがひとを使おうが、とにかく問題がとけりゃーいーんす。かんにんぐしたって解けない問題は世の中にごまんとあります。自分でとけなければ、誰かにといてもらえばいいわけです。しかし、ご存知のとーり、人を導くのはほんま、たいへんっす。残念ながら私にはこの才能はぜろ＾＾とわいわないものの、ほとんどないといっていいでしょう。ま、しゃーないっす。できないことをできるようにするよりも、できることをもっとできるようにした方がいいわけなんで、いまさら人を動かす技術をまなぶより、ひとりでおうちでじーっと＾＾いんたねーっとしてもうけるほーほーをかんがえよーと思います。

「彼がこれらの現象について研究すればするほど、我々が評価する以上に人々は大きな潜在能力があると確信しました。」

これ読んですぐ思いついたのが、木根。＾＾やっぱね、木根の潜在能力は高いって。＾＾次に思いついたのが青色LED。できない、と思い込んだ瞬間からその人の達成能力はゼロになってしまうわけですが、いったんできるとなったら血眼になってやるでしょう。いままで誰も注目していなかった窒化がりうむを用いて青色LEDが作れるとなった瞬間、大量の研究者が研究に乗り出して、つぎつぎに青色LEDの製作に成功したわけです。これがもし誰も成功していなかったら、これらの大量の研究者は実験してみようとも思わなかったことでしょう。そういう点において中村教授はかぎりなく偉大だと思います。誰もができないと思っていたことをやりとげたのですからね。できた後で後追いでやって成功したって所詮は二番煎じでしかないでしょ。もちろんその努力は評価しますが、中村教授の評価と比べるのはおこがましいにもほどがありますね。中村教授だけが唯一、ただひとり、青色LEDを発明したと言っていい人でしょう。私にもきっとかくされた潜在能力があるはずなので、ぜひともその能力を開発してみたいものっす。

I went on a business trip from yesterday to today. I came back to Cincinnati today. I was working in a factory all day long, so I was exhausted…
I read the article that 51 years old postal delivery person got 980 points at TOEIC test. He studied only for two years. Absolutely, he is not a normal person. I know he made an effort very much. But not so many people can make an effort in the same way as his. You know, our working life is very hard and we are always busy. It is very difficult to make the time to study English. For example, today, I am totally exhausted. It is very difficult for me to study English today. He must have a talent to study hard. I am a native Japanese speaker and I did not make an effort to learn how to speak Japanese. If we can study something naturally without thinking that we are studying, it should be a special talent. Some people are very enthusiastic and crazy at making software program. If it s interesting, we do not have to think we are making effort. We are just enjoying^^ it. If a person can enjoy studying English, it should be a talent. I do not have a talent to study hard and I do not have a talent to enjoy studying English. Should I change my focus on other things???
