きょーもいちんちおうちでごろごろ。＾＾やっぱごろごろ＾＾がいちばんっす。なんとかほんをよもーと思ったのですが、土日あわせても８０ぺーじくらいが限界っす。これだといっしゅー間に100ページのぺーすなので、600ぺーじだと６しゅーかんもかかってまいますね。600ぺーじだといちおー３さつとかうんとするので、なんとか４しゅーかん（１ヶ月）で読みきれるよーにしたいっす。3月にとつにゅーして、すでによてーよりおーはばにどくしょのぺーすがおくれているので、なんとかそろそろ挽回したいっす。

さて。。。きょーはほん“How to become a marketing superstar (Jeffrey J. Fox)”からいんよーいたします。

“Never cheapen the quality of your product to save money. You should work hard to reduce the cost of manufacture, to get more for your advertising budget, to get the sales force to make one more call a day. But do not cut quality or convenience or speed of delivery. And be wary of changing proven suppliers to get a substitute at a lower price.”

「お金を節約するために製品の品質を落としてはいけません。宣伝の予算をもっと取って、営業に一日にもう一回多く電話をかけるようにさせるために、あなたは製造コストを下げるように一生懸命働くべきです。しかし、品質や利便性や納期のスピードを犠牲にしてはいけません。また、価格が安い、代替品を得るために、信用あるサプライヤーを変えることに関しては慎重になるべきでしょう。」

これは確かにそのとおりなのですが、これもまた非常に難しいところだと思います。サプライヤーとはあうんの呼吸で付き合いたいとは思うけれども、それが馴れ合いになるとコスト削減の努力をしなくなってしまいますからね。常に最低でも2社競合にして牽制できるようにした方がいいかと思います。トヨタはこの辺りを相当うまくやっているのではないかと思います。信頼できるサプライヤーでかなり固めてますからね。私が勤めていたA社で担当していた部品は、T社に納入していたのですが、国内外に競合がいて、特にT社からは世界１のメーカを目指して欲しいと常々言われていました。それは、その部品の品質とか性能が、海外メーカのものの方がよかったからです。A社の部品はコストでは負けないと思うのですが、品質とか性能ではとても世界１といえるものではなかったと思います。T社としては、もちろん価格が安かったということもありますが、やっぱりグループ企業から安心して買いたい、という気持ちも強かったのではないかと思います。また、エンジンの基幹部品だったこともあり、図面が競合他社の自動車メーカに流れることも恐れていたのではないかと思います。ですので、外国のメーカに対しては、A社の売り上げを持っていかれるという心配はそれほどなかったと思いますが、技術的な遅れについては再三再四ことあるごとにつきあげをくらっていました。国内では競合がいて、T社への納入はA社5割、AR社4割、その他1割って感じじゃなったかと思いますが、その後AR社におされ気味で、A社は若干シェアを落としたというようなことを伝え聞きました。ただ、T社からAR社に役員が出向していたりした時期もあったり、また、あくまでうわさですが、A社がAR社を買収するのでは？といったことがささやかれていた時期もあって、必ずしもAR社の調子がよかったわけではないようです。ま、なんにせよ、T社主導で競争しあいながら品質向上とコストダウンを進めていたわけですので、T社のやり方はなかなかのものではないかと思います。日本が世界に誇る大企業ですしね。

I tried to read a book, but I took a nap at least three times today.^^; Taking a nap is one of most favorite things in my life.^^ hahaha…
A week ago, my air bed had something wrong and since then air has been leaking from my air bed. So I put the air every evening. It will inflate and it will keep its shape for a while. However, when I get up in the morning, air is gone. Sometimes I woke up at mid-night at around 3AM, and at that time, I realized that air was gone. So, it keeps the air for only 4~5 hours. I purchased it less than one year ago. Less than one year is too short and it is not acceptable. Air bed is not very cheap. I purchased 4 or 5 air beds in the past. Well, this time, I thought that I should not buy the air bed any more. I should buy mattress. However, I do not want to buy a big, heavy mattress. I cannot carry such big item by using my small car and it is very difficult carry it by myself. I have no friend^^; so I do not want to have such big & heavy item. I checked the internet and I found folding mattress!!! I did not know that there is such thing. Ideally, I want to have a Japanese shiki futon. But it is not available in the U.S. I found the similar one, but it looks a little small. I found a good one in Amazon and it is cheap. Its price is about $50!^^ It is used one. That is why it is cheap. But I do not care. Mattress is a mattress. As far as I can use a sheet, it does not matter if it is a used one or a new one. I look forward to sleeping on that mattress!!!^^
