信号

きのーは結局おつかれだったもんだからとれーにんぐはおやすみ＾＾しました。みぎかたのちょーしもよくねーし、もともときんとれは毎日やったらいかんとゆーのがてーせつなんで、かんぜんにぷらとーにはいってしまっている私にとっては毎日のとれーにんぐはぎゃくこーかなのかもしれないですしね。ま、疲れがたまらないよーにやってこーと思います。おなにー＾＾はもちろんしました。おなにー＾＾はまいにちしたらいけないなんちゅーてーせつはないっすからね。私のちんちん＾＾はいつまでもげんきやのお～。＾＾

さて。。。さっき新聞記事に、新しい信号を導入したら逆にじゅーたいが増えたという記事がのってました。直進車を優先させて、せんさーで直進車を感知するよーにしたところ、右折車がだいじゅーたいしてしまったそーな。これをよんですぐに思ったのが、私のあぱーとのすぐ近くにある交差点。私がひっこしてきたときにはこの交差点、左折の矢印（日本では右折の矢印）がありませんでした。ですので、直進車や右折車と左折車がにあみすするあぶない交差点でした。ところが、半年くらいしたら左折矢印が追加されて、さらにせんさーまで追加されたのでした。これまのところなかなかいい感じでわありますが、一点だけちょっち不満があります。それは、せんさーの感知と信号の切り替えの連動があまりよくないことです。信号が切り替わるある一定期間内に車がせんさーに感知されていないと、信号が切り替わらないのです。あめりかの信号は、左折が先に点灯するけーすが多く、この交差点も先に左折が点灯します。その後直進の信号が点灯するのですが、左折が点灯するときに直進れーんに車がいないと、直進の信号が青にならないのです。これにはほんま、まいりました。左折の信号が点灯しているから、今のうちに信号までたどりつけば、交差点に到着したときに青信号に変わってまっすぐいける、と思っていたのですが、そうはならなかったわけです。せめて左折信号点灯中に車が直進車線にいるかどうかをせんさーで確認していただきたいものっすね。

信号のはなしでもう一点。あめりかの信号は、警察車両や消防車がさいれんをならして通行しようとすると、交差点では信号を止めることができるよーです。進行方向の信号が青だったら、青に固定になるので、横の信号は赤のまましばらく待つことになります。進行方向の信号が赤だったら、赤のまま。消防車は注意して赤信号をつっきるわけですが、つっきった後も赤のまんま。日本ではこーゆーふーに信号をこんとろーるできるんでしょーか？？？一度名古屋の街中できゅーきゅー車がサイレンを鳴らして走ってきてるってゆーのに、一般車が交差点でぜんぜん止まらなくてきゅーきゅー車がたちおーじょーしている場面を見たと書きましたが、ほんま、日本人の心はすさんどるね。ちゅーごくで、ひき逃げされた子供を大勢の人が無視したとゆーことで話題になってましたが、日本もあんまかわらんのとちゃう？

I am applying for a green card and I was asked to submit birth certificate. In Japan, there is no birth certificate. However, each person needs to register his/her name, birthday, and address at the city hall. So, basically Japanese government keeps all citizens’ information. Japan has national health insurance system and national pension plan system based on this information. If a person does not register at the city hall, he/she cannot attend the school and cannot get health insurance. Japan does not have birth certificate system, so we use registration information that includes birthday. To get my registration information, I need to visit city hall. Of course, in Japan. I am living in the U.S. To visit Japan, I need to spend more than $1000 to buy the air ticket. But, it is fortunate that my parents can get it on behalf of me. It is fortunate again that my parents are still alive^^ so I asked my mother to get it. After they are gone, how can I get such information??? Well, I am hoping that my parents will live for a long long time.^^ My chronicle headache indicates that I cannot live long.^^; As far as I die before my parents are gone, there would be no problem!!!^^ hahaha…
