ほんじつよーやく最後のいっさつを読み終えました。これでなんとかどくしょに関してはもくひょーたっせー。＾＾

ねんがじょも、なんとかつくりあげました。あとは印刷するだけですが、これまたけっこー手間がかかるんすよね。来週末から年末の改造工事でずっと客先の工場にはりつきになるので、来週土曜日が勝負っす。いやはや、今年の年末もやっぱりばたばたになってもーた。ま、読書が終わっただけでもよしとしますか。。。

１５０ぺーじくらいのほんをよもーとすると、どーしても週末二日ほとんどまるつぶれって感じになってしまうわけで、来年のTOEIC対策等をどーするか、ちょっとけんとーせんといかんなあ。。。私が考えていたのは、毎週末にTOEICの模擬テストをやって、Timeをまいしゅうよんで、USAとでーをまいにちよんで、年間３０さつのほんを読書。。。あのね、いくら時間あっても足りんて。林則之さんの銀めだるのえーごかくとくほーほーである、Timeを5年間よみつづけるというわざを実行したいのですが、とてもいまのじょーきょーではできそーにないんすよねえ。。。ま、もちろんいいわけなんですけど。おなにー＾＾の時間と、あにめ＾＾みてる時間を削ればあっとゆーまに時間なんてつくれるっしょ。

ま、年末までにちょっち考えときます。

さて。。。おととい書いた、あほ日本の国家予算について、あほか、と思える官僚のはつげんについてねっとしんぶんからいんよー致します。

「中川正春文部科学相は１０日、国会版の事業仕分けで運用費用削減を求められたスーパーコンピューター「京（けい）」について、「（京を使う）産業界にコスト負担をお願いすることで、税金を節約する」と述べ、運用費の総額は減らさないとの考えを示した。」

だからいわんこっちゃない。いっかいはこものつくっちまったら、その維持費にぼーだいな予算がひつよーで、まいとし無駄金がきえてくんすよ。こーやって無駄な施設をつぎつぎにつくって、この施設はつぶすわけにはいかん、とかいって、結局施設は増える一方。借金も増える一方。予算編成のとき、いままであった施設で、翌年はつぶすってゆー例はいったいどれだけあるんかね？すぱこん作るのはいーけど、それにかける予算と同じだけの施設をつぶしてからにしろっつーの。産業界にコスト負担をお願いする？あほか？こいつはほんま、あほとしかいいようがないね。誰が負担するか、ぼけ。もし本当に京が役にたつんなら、「お願い」なんかせんでも、金を出しても使いたいと思っている会社が喜んで使用料を払うわ。お願いしないといけない、いこーる、役立たず、というわけでしょ。まったくほんま、くだらんものつくったもんじゃ。

以前もちょっと書いたけど、たとえば、月収20万円の人が、毎月20万円借金して、40万円毎月つかって生活するなんてことは、ま、あほでもばかでもとんまでも、無理だということがわかるでしょう。ところが、そのあまりにもあたりまえで、誰でも理解できることが、日本の政治家には理解できないようです。歳入の半分が借金ということが、どれだけ狂ってることか理解できないほど日本人はあほだってことなんでしょう。

うつぎたかし

I finished reading a book today. Then, I finished reading 25 books this year!!!(^^)(^^)(^^) Fuuuuu… I managed to achieve this year’s goal about reading books. Next year, my goal should be reading 30 books. In addition, I am thinking that I will focus on TOEIC test. My TOEIC test score has not improved for 6 years.^^; I need to do something for it. So I am thinking that I will take practice test every week. In addition, I need to read newspaper every day. In addition, I want to read Time magazine every week. My admired person, Mr. Noriyuki Hayashi, got his English ability by reading Time magazine for 5 years. I want to try to do the same thing!!! But… it is too much for me implement all these things… I do not have time… Of course, it is an excuse. I can create some time by reducing masturbation time^^; and watching animations time.^^; Well, masturbation and watching animations are the most favorite things in my life, so probably I cannot live without them. Well, I will think of how I can manage to create some time by the end of this month…
