きょーはあさからごろごろ。＾＾あにめをみてくっちゃね＾＾してたらいちんちおわってもーた。。。ま、ちょっとはほんよんだけどね。あしたじゅーには一冊よみおわらんなあ。。。なんとかこんしゅーまつとらいしゅーまつで２冊よみきらんといかんす。

さて。。。きょーもほんからいんよーしていきます。まずは“Bringing out the best in people (Alan Loy McGinnis)”から。

これはまったくほんとにそのとーりだと思います。八方美人では絶対にうまくいかない。私はそう確信してます。だからこそ、私はもうひとつのほんの内容に違和感を抱いたんすよね。それではもういっこのほん“Soup (Jon Gordon)”からいんよーいたします。

「コミュニケーション、信頼、そして愛が成功するリーダーシップの基礎を創り出します。」

この文章だけだとよくわかりませんが、ま、とにかく、このちょしゃは、じゅーぎょーいんを愛さないと、りーだーとしてうまくやっていけない、とゆーよーなことを書いているのです。もちろん部分的にはあっているでしょう。しかし、私にははっきりいって、愛なんてほとんど関係ないと思いますね。もちろん愛があった方がいいわけですが、そんなものは決定的な要因ではまったくないと思います。ぜひとも統計をとってもらいいたいと思いますが、一般社員に対して「あなたは課長から愛されていると思いますか？」という質問したら、たぶん大多数の人「いいえ。＾＾」と答えるのではないかと思います。別に私は上司から愛されたいなんて思わないし、部下を愛したいともまったく思いません。もちろん愛することができればそれにこしたことはありませんが、仕事でそんなことを考えてるやつなんていないっしょ。みんな現実的っすよ。仕事だから顔を合わせて一緒にやってるだけじゃないっすか。もちろんそうじゃないひともいるかもしれません。でもね、じゃあ、会社を抜きにどれだけの人がぷらいべーとで会社の人と付き合ってるでしょうか？休みの日に課長と一緒に旅行に行きたいと思う人がどれだけいますかね？はっきりいって私にとっては愛なんてどーでもいーことっすね。尊敬できるものがある人が上司であればそれでじゅーぶんっしょ。部下をもったら、部下から尊敬されることをひとつでももつように努力するだけっしょ。このSoupというほんは、あまりに現実ばなれしすぎてるよーにおもえてなりませんね。もちろん参考になる点はおおいので、それらは参考にさせていただきますが、全体に流れているものは、「あまあま」って感じっす。部下の人気とりなんて、やるだけ無駄っす。その点じょんFけねでぃーはすばらしかったわけですよね。国民に向かって、「国が何をしてくれるかではなく、あななたたちが国のためになにができるか考えて欲しい」と言ったのですから。国民のいうままあまやかし政治を続けた結果がぎりしゃ崩壊へとつながったのはまちがいないでしょう。大衆は基本的にあほですからね。国民の人気ばっかり気にしてるよーでは国政は遠からず崩壊するでしょう。国政が崩壊する前に、日本国債が崩壊して日本が消滅するんじゃね？

I have been lazy^^ all day long. I watched animations and slept a lot.^^ My life cycle has not returned to the normal cycle yet. Last weekend, I was working on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I was supposed to take Thanksgiving holidays, but I needed to go on an emergency business trip to Grand Rapids, MI. From Cincinnati to Grand Rapids, it takes about 6 hours for driving a car. It is exhausting. After driving for 6 hours, I definitely need to take a rest. This means, driving for 6 hours does not mean working for 6 hours. Working at the office for 6 hours is much easier and less tired. In Japan, trains are very popular and there are many rail ways. So we can take a train to visit customers. However, in the U.S., there are almost now rail ways. I could fly to Grand Rapids, but there are no flights from Cincinnati airport or Dayton airport. Even if there is, that ticket is very expensive. So there is not choice, but I needed to drive a car. Our company has only one office in Cincinnati and we cover all over the U.S. We may need to establish a branch in North and South areas…
